Develop Gen AI applications designed for business enabling functions

Demonstrate AI product features and progress to business stakeholders

Collaborate with cross-functional EPAM teams to integrate AI solutions

Enhance and maintain existing AI systems and frameworks

Ensure adherence to AI security and privacy regulations

Document AI architectures and workflows for internal use

Proven experience in Gen AI application development with at least 5 years working with Python and Node.js

Strong proficiency in prompt engineering with real project involvement

Familiarity with Agentic AI frameworks

Excellent communication skills to effectively engage business stakeholders

Ability to work independently and take full ownership of responsibilities

Experience delivering technical presentations to non-technical audiences

English proficiency at B2 Upper-Intermediate level

Hands-on experience with prompt optimization techniques

Knowledge of LLM OWASP security standards

Understanding of OpenAPI v3 specifications

Experience with ETL processes, asynchronous workflows, and database management
