Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients, visitors, and employees to ensure a positive first impression
- Oversee front desk operations and manage reception tasks effectively
- Process administrative invoices and manage document workflows
- Handle postage and shipping requirements
- Provide support for employee onboarding and offboarding procedures
- Oversee the ticketing support system and ensure timely resolution of all requests
- Ensure adherence to physical security policies and procedures
- Collaborate with Events & Marketing teams to organize events and meetings
- Coordinate office maintenance and repairs, and maintain communication with landlords and vendors
- Arrange taxi services and manage conference room bookings as needed
- Ensure the office is well-stocked with necessary supplies
- Supervise cleaning and security services to maintain a safe and clean workspace
Requirements
- A positive and customer-oriented approach
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work independently
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in English, with a minimum B1 level
