Design and build features in core FSM areas such as Planning & Dispatching, Reports, Master Data, and Business Rules

Collaborate in planning and requirement discussions to clarify technical details and support root cause analyses

Develop and extend FSM functionality on SAP Business Technology Platform using CAP (Node.js or Java), custom OData services, Shell UI applications, Event Mesh, and Webhooks

Create user-friendly front-end features in SAPUI5 embedded in FSM Web UI or BTP Launchpad, including views, controllers, routing logic, custom controls, and OData bindings

Enhance FSM Mobile App with offline synchronization, device capabilities integration, customized reports, and workflow improvements

Work closely with functional and technical teams to ensure smooth and efficient solution delivery

Maintain high-quality documentation for developed solutions

Experience of 3+ years in SAP CAP development using Node.js or Java

Strong knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform and SAP CRM

Proven experience with SAPUI5 development for web and mobile applications

Hands-on experience in SAP Field Service Management or similar service management solutions

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Fluent written and verbal English communication skills (B2+)

Experience with Jaspersoft for FSM reporting

Integration experience with REST/OData APIs, Sync Services, and CPI/iFlows

Understanding of secure coding standards such as OAuth2 and JWT

Familiarity with HANA SQL, Git repositories, CI/CD pipelines, and unit testing

Experience working in Agile environments
