Coordinate client issue resolution alongside DBA/DevOps teams

Facilitate communication between the US Delivery Manager and client teams

Handle production incident processes and liaise with client stakeholders

Deploy and manage Apache Kafka, Kubernetes, and Microsoft Azure environments

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain system stability and performance

Develop and refine deployment pipelines and automation scripts

Monitor system health and quickly address operational issues

Document incident management processes and maintain clear records

Provide technical assistance and guidance to client teams

Contribute to continuous DevOps practice improvements

Deliver presentations and communicate technical concepts to clients

Ensure adherence to client and industry standards

Support troubleshooting of complex distributed systems

Maintain security measures across DevOps operations

Relevant DevOps engineering experience of at least 2 years

Proficiency with Apache Kafka, Kubernetes, and Microsoft Azure technologies

Experience managing production incidents and their resolution

Ability to coordinate efforts across diverse teams and stakeholders

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Effective communication and presentation skills for client interaction

Experience working collaboratively in remote, multicultural environments

English language proficiency at B1+ level

Understanding of insurance industry workflows and terminology

Experience with client communication in regulated settings

Cloud and DevOps-related certifications
