Create and implement best practice frameworks for cloud and hybrid environments

Define and enforce organization-wide cloud policies for compliance and efficiency

Leverage GitOps and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools to automate infrastructure management

Manage deployment and administration of cloud resources including VPC, IAM, GKE, KMS, VM, and DNS

Optimize cloud expenses and apply FinOps strategies to maintain cost control

Oversee workload migration from virtual machines to container platforms

Produce comprehensive documentation to facilitate team knowledge and operational clarity

Support team skill growth by guiding on new technologies and encouraging knowledge exchange

Minimum 3 years of experience in cloud engineering or similar roles

In-depth knowledge of Google Cloud Platform and Kubernetes with hands-on GKE experience

Competence in Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Cloud Deployment Manager

Experience with cloud security services like IAM, KMS, and VPC

Familiarity with cloud cost management and FinOps principles

Practical containerization expertise including Docker and migration of VMs to containers

Strong grasp of DNS, load balancing, and cloud networking fundamentals

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with documentation proficiency

Experience with hybrid and on-premises cloud environments

Familiarity with GitOps and its role in CI/CD workflows

Demonstrated impact on cloud strategy or cost optimization projects

Knowledge of multi-cloud DNS integration techniques
