Collaborate with the client to align expectations and negotiate solutions

Lead teams through standups

Get requirements, elaborate them, help team with estimating those, present in form of grant charts

Compile weekly reports on team achievements

Structure requirements in the defined project structure

Work with the Delivery Manager and Team Leads to realign the project when plans mismatch reality

Track progress, issues, blockers, and risks using JIRA

Support teams in navigating through scope and resolving blockers

Maintain JIRA structure creation and updates

Help Delivery Manager stay informed on project status

At least 5 years of experience in Delivery Operations

Strong leadership skills to guide and motivate agile teams

Proactive approach with the ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment

Experience with Atlassian JIRA and Confluence or similar tools

Knowledge of Agile methodology, including Sprints, Epics, and Stories

General understanding of Test Automation Framework structures

Basic experience with computer games to understand relevant terminology

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher

Basic understanding of 3D and 2D graphics

General understanding of programming languages such as C++, .NET, or Python
