Design and support advanced socket-based compute clusters using C++

Refactor, enhance, and resolve issues in legacy codebases to boost system efficiency

Diagnose and address problems within custom compute cluster environments

Work closely with architects and fellow engineers to establish technical strategies and system blueprints

Engage in all stages of the software development process, from initial requirements through to launch and ongoing maintenance

At least 7 years of hands-on experience in software engineering roles

Minimum of 2 years overseeing and guiding development teams, offering leadership and support

Participation in at least 2 end-to-end project deliveries or involvement in multiple projects spanning various development stages

Demonstrated expertise in C and C++ for building intricate software systems

In-depth knowledge of socket-level programming and principles of distributed computing

Practical experience creating and supporting custom compute clusters with C++

Capable of working autonomously and collaborating with remote teams

Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities for complex technical issues

Strong English communication skills (B2+ or higher) and background in direct stakeholder engagement
