Responsibilities
- Lead the design and configuration of SAP HCM modules including Time Management, Payroll, and Personal Administration
- Oversee deployment of Employee and Manager Self-Service solutions
- Coordinate workshops with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications
- Manage configuration and testing cycles ensuring data integrity across SAP and integrated platforms
- Implement automation use cases such as auto-generation of work schedules and payroll simulation
- Support deployment of AI and RPA solutions for workflow validation, letter generation, and compliance monitoring
- Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, IT, and business teams to align solutions with digital transformation goals
- Monitor success of SAP HCM integrations with third-party systems and resolve issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with data security and privacy standards in HR systems
- Maintain documentation of system configurations and project progress
Requirements
- Proven experience with SAP HCM modules including Time Management and Payroll (5+ years)
- Strong consultancy skills with ability to lead workshops and manage client relationships
- Experience in automation projects involving AI and RPA technologies
- Technical knowledge of SAP integration with third-party systems
- Analytical skills to ensure data integrity and troubleshoot configuration issues
- Project management experience in HR technology deployments
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration across HR, IT, and business teams
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
Nice to have
- Familiarity with SAP Fiori apps and SAP SuccessFactors
- Experience with OCR and machine learning technologies
- Certification in SAP HCM or related modules
- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in HR systems
- Experience with digital transformation initiatives in HR
