Responsibilities
- Greet clients, visitors, and employees to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Oversee front desk and reception operations effectively
- Manage processing of administrative invoices and document flow
- Coordinate postage and shipping functions
- Support employee onboarding and exit procedures
- Administer the ticketing support system ensuring timely responses
- Maintain compliance with office physical security standards
- Partner with Events & Marketing for event and meeting planning
- Manage office maintenance, repairs, and vendor relations
- Schedule taxi services and control conference room availability
- Ensure office supplies are sufficiently stocked
- Supervise cleaning and security teams to uphold workspace standards
Requirements
- Positive and client-focused attitude
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Dependable with the ability to work independently
- Excellent organizational skills and multitasking ability in a fast-paced setting
- English proficiency at a B1 level or above
