Administer and support databases across MS SQL Server, Oracle, Azure SQL, and MongoDB platforms

Lead cloud migration initiatives for client databases

Provide coverage until midnight IST to ensure wide client support

Diagnose and fix database problems swiftly to reduce downtime

Work with cross-functional teams on database upgrades and patching

Maintain thorough documentation of database setups, procedures, and standards

Ensure all databases comply with security and regulatory requirements

Support capacity planning and disaster recovery efforts

Coach and guide junior DBAs

Participate in after-hours on-call support rotation

Evaluate and improve database storage and resource use

Create automation scripts to improve database management efficiency

5+ years of experience in MS SQL Server, Oracle, Azure SQL, and MongoDB administration

Proven leadership in managing database support and migration projects

In-depth knowledge of cloud migration methods and continuous delivery improvements

Strong expertise in database performance tuning and optimization

Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Good communication skills with Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2)

Willingness to work flexible hours including coverage until midnight IST to support clients

Microsoft Azure certifications like Azure Database Administrator Associate

Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services and infrastructure

Familiarity with Azure DevOps and CI/CD workflows

Understanding of Azure Security and compliance practices

Automation experience using Azure PowerShell or Azure CLI
