Audit and update team members’ time submissions, coordinate reminders, resolve discrepancies, implement corrections, and oversee staffing changes

Obtain and document subcontractor personnel approval signatures

Manage overtime approval processes, monitor overtime logging in systems, and liaise with managers as required

Review billing information, allocate new roles, and validate billing roles and rates

Supervise the approval workflow for billing roles and rates, prepare P&L statements, and secure necessary approvals

Lead closing activities at month-end, conduct thorough data reviews, and distribute client timesheets

Coordinate background check processes by distributing materials, collecting relevant data, handling corrections, submitting requests, and organizing training sessions

Prepare offboarding paperwork for employees leaving the company

Oversee staffing operations including onboarding, offboarding, and record updates for projects and programs

Handle travel-related tasks such as collecting approvals, verifying system entries, making adjustments, reviewing expenses, processing visa applications, and submitting customer approvals

Advise team on travel, time usage, overtime, background checks, role assignments, and operational workflows

Maintain CRM systems, manage opportunity pipelines, and control contract workflows

Update forecast documentation and monitor client account balances and limits

Create and deliver weekly status reports to clients

At least 5 years of practical experience in business operations or a similar area

At least 1 year experience leading and supervising development teams

Expert level skills in Atlassian Confluence for documentation and knowledge base management

Proficient with Atlassian Jira for managing workflows and tasks

Strong background in financial review, including data analysis and validation

High proficiency in Microsoft Excel for complex analysis, forecasting, and reporting

Experience with Miro for collaborative visual planning and process design

Fluent English skills at C1+ or higher and experience in direct client and stakeholder communication

Familiarity with Arabic to facilitate multilingual team or client engagement
