Deliver expert database administration and support for MS SQL Server, Oracle, Azure SQL, and MongoDB

Oversee database migration and cloud integration initiatives to boost system efficiency

Monitor database environments to maintain availability and stability during critical coverage hours

Enhance continuous delivery processes to streamline database deployments

Work closely with cross-functional teams to meet client needs and resolve issues efficiently

Create and update documentation covering database configurations and standard procedures

Conduct routine database tuning, backups, and recovery tasks

Diagnose and solve database performance issues

Ensure adherence to security policies and data protection regulations

Engage in capacity planning and scaling of database systems

Guide and support junior database administrators

Assess and suggest new database technologies and tools

Communicate clearly with clients and internal stakeholders

Stay informed about industry developments and best practices

At least 5 years of experience in MS SQL Server, Oracle, Azure SQL, and MongoDB databases

Demonstrated success in leading database migration and cloud integration projects

Experience providing support for critical systems with coverage until midnight IST

Comprehensive knowledge of continuous delivery concepts and database deployment automation

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2) for effective interaction with clients and teams

Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator Associate

Understanding of Azure security and compliance standards

Experience with Azure monitoring and alerting tools
