Lead data migration activities for Production Planning (PP) modules during system deployments

Analyze, map, and transform production planning data from legacy systems to target environments

Develop and execute data migration strategies, plans, and scripts to ensure data integrity and completeness

Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and functional experts to gather requirements and validate migrated data

Perform data quality checks, reconciliation, and issue resolution throughout the migration process

Document migration procedures, issues, and lessons learned for continuous improvement

Support cutover activities, ensuring readiness of production planning data for go-live

Oversee go-live activities, ensuring accuracy and completeness of migrated production planning data

At least 5 years of relevant experience in data migration or production planning projects

Minimum one year of experience in leading and managing development teams

Proven experience in data migration projects, with a focus on Production Planning (PP) modules

Strong knowledge of data migration tools, methodologies, and best practices

Familiarity with SAP PP or similar production planning systems

Excellent analytical skills

Strong problem-solving abilities

Effective communication skills for working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Attention to detail and commitment to data quality

Fluent English skills (written and spoken) at a B2+ level or higher
