Direct all data migration efforts for Production Planning (PP) modules throughout deployment phases

Assess, map, and convert production planning data from existing systems to target platforms

Design and implement migration approaches, schedules, and scripts to maintain data accuracy and completeness

Work closely with business partners, IT personnel, and subject matter experts to collect requirements and confirm migrated data

Conduct data validation, reconciliation, and address issues during the migration lifecycle

Maintain thorough documentation of migration workflows, challenges, and insights for ongoing process improvement

Facilitate cutover activities, ensuring production planning data is prepared for system launch

Manage go-live processes, verifying the correctness and completeness of transferred production planning data

Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in data migration or production planning assignments

At least 2 years of experience leading and managing technical teams

Participation in at least 2 end-to-end project implementations or involvement in multiple projects across various development stages

Demonstrated background in data migration projects, particularly with Production Planning (PP) modules

In-depth understanding of data migration tools, techniques, and industry standards

Experience with SAP PP or comparable production planning platforms

Advanced analytical capabilities

Strong skills in problem resolution

Excellent communication abilities for collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders

High attention to detail and dedication to data quality

Proficiency in English (written and spoken) at B2+ level or above
