Responsibilities
- Collect, evaluate, and record business needs for e-commerce platforms
- Partner with stakeholders to outline functional requirements and confirm alignment with project goals
- Liaise with engineering teams to convert business needs into technical deliverables
- Assist in the assessment and verification of new functionalities and improvements
- Offer guidance and suggestions to refine business operations and improve user satisfaction
Requirements
- At least 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, ideally centered on e-commerce assignments
- Minimum one year overseeing and guiding development teams
- Direct involvement with Salesforce CRM and Commerce Cloud
- Advanced interpersonal abilities for managing stakeholder relationships
- Capable of working autonomously and as part of a group
- Proficient English communication skills at B2 level or above
Nice to have
- Background in utilizing Agile practices for project execution
- Understanding of AR/Marketplace systems and associated technologies
