Provide database administration and support across MS SQL Server, Oracle, Azure SQL, and MongoDB environments

Coordinate with teams to ensure continuous delivery enhancements and seamless project execution

Monitor database performance and implement tuning to optimize system reliability

Implement and manage cloud migration strategies for client databases

Maintain coverage until midnight IST to maximize client overlap and support availability

Troubleshoot and resolve database issues promptly to minimize downtime

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute database upgrades and patches

Document database configurations, procedures, and best practices

Ensure security and compliance standards are met for all database environments

Assist in capacity planning and disaster recovery strategies

Train and mentor junior database administrators

Participate in on-call rotation to provide after-hours support

Analyze and optimize database storage and resource allocation

Develop automation scripts to streamline database management tasks

3+ years of experience in MS SQL Server, Oracle, Azure SQL, and MongoDB administration

Proven ability to lead database support and migration projects successfully

Experience with cloud migration strategies and continuous delivery enhancements

Solid knowledge of database performance tuning and optimization techniques

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Effective communication skills with an Upper-Intermediate level of English (B2)

Ability to work flexible hours including coverage till midnight IST to support clients

Microsoft Azure certifications such as Azure Database Administrator Associate

Experience with Azure cloud infrastructure and services

Knowledge of Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines

Familiarity with Azure Security and compliance best practices

Automation skills using Azure PowerShell or Azure CLI
