Create and enhance tools and utilities that power the platform’s core capabilities

Work alongside multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality software products

Develop new features aimed at improving automation and streamlining workflows

Diagnose and address technical challenges within the tool ecosystem

Refine and boost the efficiency and stability of current toolsets

Engage in peer code reviews and help establish development standards

Prepare and update technical documentation and project materials

Facilitate the adoption of emerging technologies and frameworks within the platform

At least 5 years of experience in software engineering positions

Minimum of one year in a leadership role managing and guiding development teams

Expert-level skills in C++ for designing and supporting development tools

Practical experience with Unreal Engine, particularly in creating and maintaining tools

Knowledge of build systems and pipelines, with Gauntlet experience preferred

Excellent communication abilities for teamwork and information sharing

Eagerness to collaborate with various teams to deliver sophisticated solutions

Strong independent problem-solving and initiative

Proficient English communication skills (B2+ level or above) and background in direct client communications

Familiarity with DevOps methodologies for enhancing development and deployment efficiency

Experience developing automation tools to support and optimize engineering processes
