Partner with Business Analysts to gain a deep understanding of the product vision and strategic roadmap

Define and document product capabilities, features, and functional requirements

Develop and manage Epics and user stories, setting measurable success criteria

Expand on user stories, business logic, and anticipated business results

Manage product scope and prioritize features, Epics, and stories for development

Join sprint review sessions and offer constructive feedback

Monitor feedback from reviews and ensure it is incorporated and prioritized in the product backlog

Participate in incident triage to resolve product-related issues

Act as the main resource for business-related questions and clarifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience

At least 8 years of experience in business analysis or requirements management

Minimum 3 years in a leadership, management, product owner, architect, or coordinator position

At least 2 years of experience managing a team of 20 or more people

Involvement in at least 5 end-to-end project implementations or participation in several projects covering multiple development phases

Demonstrated background in Product Management

Experience in financial services, preferably with a focus on wealth management

Strong business sense with the ability to view challenges from both business and customer perspectives

Excellent skills in delivering presentations

Exceptional attention to detail

Superior English communication skills, capable of clearly and effectively conveying technical concepts to a wide range of audiences
