Collaborate with Business Analysts to understand the overall product vision and roadmap

Identify and define product capabilities, features, and functions

Create and manage Epics, user stories, and establish clear success criteria

Elaborate on stories, business logic, and expected business outcomes

Oversee product scope and prioritize capabilities, Epics, and stories

Participate in sprint review demos and provide actionable feedback

Track feedback from reviews and ensure it is added to and prioritized in the backlog

Take part in incident triaging to address and resolve product issues

Serve as the primary point of contact for business questions and clarifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis or requirements management

At least 2 years in a leadership, management, product owner, architect, or coordinator role

At least 1 year of experience leading a team of 5 or more employees

Participation in at least 2 full-cycle projects or involvement in multiple projects across different development phases

Proven experience in Product Management

Background in financial services, ideally with exposure to wealth management

Strong business acumen with the ability to provide both business and end-customer perspectives

Excellent presentation skills

High attention to detail

Outstanding English communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively explain technical concepts to diverse audiences
