Collaborate with the onsite proxy product owner to understand the overall product vision and roadmap

Identify and define product capabilities, features, and functions

Develop Epics, user stories, and establish clear success criteria

Elaborate on stories, business logic, and expected business outcomes

Manage product scope and prioritize capabilities, Epics, and stories

Participate in sprint review demos and provide constructive feedback

Track feedback from reviews and ensure it is incorporated and prioritized in the backlog

Take part in incident triaging to address and resolve product issues

Serve as the primary contact for business questions and clarifications

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst

Experience working in Agile environments

Proficiency with Atlassian Jira for tracking and managing requirements

Ability to plan and organize business analysis activities

Skilled in eliciting information from stakeholders to gather requirements

Excellent English communication skills at B2 level or higher

Experience documenting BA artifacts such as requirements, process flows, and user stories

Knowledge of business analysis information management practices

Ability to estimate effort for business analysis tasks

Background in Financial Services

Experience in wealth management within the financial sector
