Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain tools and utilities to support platform functionality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust software solutions
- Implement features that enhance automation and workflow efficiency
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the toolchain
- Optimize performance and reliability of existing tools
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices
- Document technical designs and maintain clear project records
- Support integration of new technologies and frameworks into the platform
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development roles
- Advanced proficiency in C++ programming for building and maintaining tools
- Hands-on experience with Unreal Engine, especially in tool development
- Familiarity with build systems and pipelines, with preference for Gauntlet
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration and knowledge sharing
- Willingness to work closely with multiple teams to deliver complex solutions
- Ability to solve problems independently and proactively
- Good English communication skills (B2+ level or higher) and experience in client-facing roles, including direct interaction with stakeholders
Nice to have
- Experience with DevOps practices for streamlining development and deployment processes
- Background in building automation tools to improve software development workflows
