Responsibilities
- Assist in processing and examining large volumes of data
- Build and implement predictive modeling and machine learning algorithms
- Collaborate with business units to identify data analysis needs and opportunities
- Create visualizations using Tableau or Power BI to illustrate data findings
- Draft reports and communicate analytical results to various stakeholders
- Stay informed about emerging trends and tools in data science and machine learning
Requirements
- Mandatory weekly attendance at the Lisbon office
- Active student in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program related to Data Science, Statistics, or Computer Science
- Good grasp of statistical analysis and data mining techniques
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R
- Familiarity with machine learning libraries and frameworks
- Effective analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
Nice to have
- Exposure to big data platforms like Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka
- Knowledge of deep learning and neural network models
- Experience with SQL and database systems
