Responsibilities
- Participate in cleaning, transforming, and analyzing large-scale datasets
- Build predictive models and implement machine learning algorithms
- Work with teams to understand business needs and explore data analytics possibilities
- Visualize data insights using tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Prepare detailed reports and communicate findings to teams and leadership
- Keep informed about the latest trends and technologies in data science and machine learning
Requirements
- Requirement to attend Lisbon office once per week
- Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related fields
- Competent knowledge of statistical methods and data mining
- Experience with programming languages like Python or R
- Familiar with machine learning frameworks and libraries
- Strong analytical thinking and problem resolution skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Nice to have
- Hands-on with big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka
- Exposure to deep learning and neural network techniques
- Knowledge of SQL and database management
