Manage analysis and documentation of business requirements for digital transformation projects centered on eCommerce or CMS platforms

Work alongside stakeholders from internal teams, clients, and vendors to convert business needs into detailed functional and technical requirements

Perform process mapping, gap analysis, and solution design to enhance digital workflows, customer experiences, and operations

Collaborate with Solution Architects, developers, UX designers, project managers, and product owners to align business objectives with technology

Analyze current systems, workflows, and data flows to pinpoint areas for improvement or automation

Write user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria for Agile/Scrum development

Advise and influence the roadmap for digital transformation projects emphasizing scalability, performance, and user experience

Carry out risk assessments and communicate potential impacts to stakeholders

Lead workshops, presentations, and meetings to gather feedback, align expectations, and update on progress

Participate in testing cycles to ensure business requirements are met through UAT and QA

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst focusing on digital transformation projects

Hands-on experience with eCommerce platforms like SAP Commerce, Magento, Shopify, CommerceTools and CMS tools such as Contentful, Contentsack, Wordpress

Proven ability to lead requirements gathering for complex systems with clear and actionable documentation

Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies with practical exposure

Strong skills in data analysis and deriving business insights

Experienced in business process modeling, BPMN, and workflow diagrams

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Experience using digital collaboration tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Azure DevOps

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments
