Lead the analysis and documentation of business requirements for digital transformation projects, focusing on eCommerce platforms or CMS solutions

Collaborate with key stakeholders (internal teams, clients, vendors) to understand business objectives and translate them into functional and technical specifications

Conduct detailed process mapping, gap analysis, and solution design to improve digital workflows, customer journeys, and business operations

Ensure alignment between business goals and technology solutions by working closely with Solution Architects, developers, UX designers, project managers, and product owners

Analyze and document existing systems, processes, and data flows, identifying areas for improvement or automation

Drive user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria for projects in an Agile/Scrum environment

Support and influence the roadmap of digital transformation initiatives, ensuring scalability, performance, and user experience are optimized

Perform risk assessments, ensuring that potential impacts of changes are clearly communicated to stakeholders

Facilitate workshops, presentations, and meetings to gather feedback, align on project goals, and provide ongoing updates

Contribute to testing phases, ensuring that business requirements are met through comprehensive UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and QA (Quality Assurance)

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field (Master's degree is a plus)

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on digital transformation projects

Strong experience with eCommerce platforms (e.g., SAP Commerce, Magento, Shopify, CommerceTools), CMS tools (Contentful, Contentsack, Wordpress, etc)

Proven ability to lead requirements gathering for complex systems, creating clear and actionable specifications

Solid understanding of Agile or Scrum methodologies and experience working in an Agile project environment

Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to translate data into insights that drive business decisions

Proficiency in business process modeling, BPMN, and workflow diagrams

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Experience with digital tools like JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar for managing projects and collaboration

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in fast-paced environments
