5+ years of demonstrated experience in complex Power BI data modeling with a strong record of DAX and Power Query M proficiency

At least 1 year of relevant leadership experience

Advanced understanding of query folding and database-centric data transformation principles for improved efficiency

Expertise in designing comprehensive dimensional data models within enterprise-scale environments

Proven capability to evaluate and enhance model structures for greater performance, usability, and scalability

Experience delivering high-impact analytical projects, including complex model integration into enterprise frameworks

Exceptional collaboration skills for working with technical contributors and key business partners across teams

English language skills at a Fluent or Advanced level (C1 or higher)

Practical experience with Azure Data Factory to manage data pipelines and ETL processes

Proficiency in conceptualizing and producing analytical visualizations that align with strategic objectives

Familiarity with advanced visualization and storytelling techniques to extract and communicate actionable insights
