Lead the gathering and documentation of business requirements for digital transformation efforts focused on eCommerce or CMS platforms

Partner with stakeholders across teams, clients, and vendors to translate business objectives into functional and technical specifications

Conduct process mapping, gap analysis, and design solutions to improve digital workflows, customer journeys, and business operations

Coordinate with Solution Architects, developers, UX designers, project managers, and product owners to ensure alignment between business goals and technology implementations

Document and analyze current systems, processes, and data flows to identify areas for enhancement or automation

Formulate user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria for Agile/Scrum projects

Contribute to shaping the roadmap of digital transformation initiatives with attention to scalability and user experience

Perform risk assessments and communicate potential impacts to stakeholders

Facilitate workshops, presentations, and meetings to collect feedback, align on goals, and provide updates

Support testing activities to ensure business requirements are fulfilled during UAT and QA

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related area; Master’s degree is a plus

At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst focused on digital transformation projects

Strong expertise with eCommerce platforms such as SAP Commerce, Magento, Shopify, CommerceTools and CMS tools like Contentful, Contentsack, Wordpress

Experienced in leading requirements gathering for complex systems with clear and actionable documentation

Good understanding and practical experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies

Proficient in data analysis to derive actionable business insights

Skilled in business process modeling, BPMN, and workflow diagramming

Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management experience

Knowledgeable in digital project tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Azure DevOps

Strong problem-solving aptitude and ability to work effectively in dynamic environments
