3+ years of backend development experience focused on scalable, high-performance systems

Strong proficiency in Go programming language and related ecosystem

Experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams

Knowledge of AWS cloud services and infrastructure

Ability to work independently and navigate ambiguous situations

Passion for user-focused and innovative solution development

Experience with container orchestration technologies such as Kubernetes

Familiarity with distributed databases like MongoDB Atlas

Understanding of search technologies including Elasticsearch

Experience with caching solutions such as Redis

Strong communication skills in English, upper-intermediate (B2) or higher

Experience with monitoring tools and Grafana for system observability

Knowledge of PostgreSQL database management
