Extensive experience (10+ years) managing Data and Analytics, Big Data, Data Warehousing, and BI projects with knowledge of current technologies and industry practices

Comprehensive understanding of data engineering challenges, including batch and streaming data platform engineering

Proficiency with Big Data ecosystems such as Hadoop, Yarn, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, Kafka

Strong programming background in Python, Scala, or Java, with expertise in data mining, predictive analytics, and machine learning

Advanced skills in SQL, Big Data solution development, and cloud data technologies

Solid grasp of data architecture principles and software delivery methodologies

Experience with data visualization tools and technologies

Knowledge of traditional analytics techniques and theoretical foundations

Fluency with various delivery models, especially agile frameworks

Awareness of data security challenges

Hands-on experience with top cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and leading on-premises to cloud migration projects

Effective presentation skills for diverse audience sizes

Ability to juggle multiple projects in dynamic environments

Strong client relationship management and advanced English communication (C1) skills
