Engage with stakeholders including internal teams, clients, and vendors to translate business goals into clear functional and technical requirements

Perform in-depth process analyses, gap identification, and design solutions to enhance digital workflows, customer experiences, and operations

Align business objectives with technology strategies by partnering with Solution Architects, developers, UX designers, project managers, and product owners

Examine current systems, workflows, and data streams to identify improvement or automation opportunities

Develop user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria within Agile/Scrum frameworks

Guide and shape the digital transformation roadmap to ensure scalability, performance, and excellent user experience

Conduct risk evaluations and clearly communicate potential impacts to stakeholders

Organize workshops, presentations, and meetings to collect feedback, align on targets, and provide progress updates

Participate in testing phases to confirm business requirements through thorough UAT and QA processes

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related discipline; Master’s degree preferred

5+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst specializing in digital transformation projects

Strong familiarity with eCommerce platforms such as SAP Commerce, Magento, Shopify, CommerceTools, and CMS tools like Contentful, Contentsack, Wordpress

Demonstrated capability to lead requirements gathering for complex systems with clear, actionable documentation

Good understanding of Agile and Scrum methods with hands-on experience in Agile project environments

Advanced data analysis abilities to convert data into actionable business insights

Experienced in business process modeling, BPMN, and workflow diagramming

Excellent communication skills and proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively

Proficiency in digital collaboration and project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Azure DevOps

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive in dynamic settings
