Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams including Product Management and Customer Service

Estimate tasks and manage production deadlines efficiently

Contribute to the evolution of AI-assisted legal technology platforms

Support and enhance existing SaaS products through ongoing maintenance

Participate in code reviews and share knowledge within the engineering team

Adhere to best practices in software development and security

Facilitate knowledge transfer and onboarding of new team members

Ensure compatibility and performance across different environments including Windows VDI

Proven experience of 3+ years in JavaScript development including async/await, Promises, and array/object methods

Strong knowledge of React framework and its ecosystem

Experience with backend development and API integration using Node.js

Demonstrated ability to build and deliver complex web systems to clients

Effective communication skills to interact with users, technical teams, and management

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent professional experience

Ability to work at least 3-4 hours overlapping with California PDT timezone

Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2) to collaborate within a global team

Experience working with databases and data management

Ability to perform self-sufficient testing without reliance on QA teams

Background or interest in legal technology

Advanced Python skills for full-stack development

Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts
