Participate actively in intensive knowledge transfer sessions on business processes, configurations, and custom code for SAP VIM
Perform hands-on exercises in lower environments to validate and deepen understanding
Review and revise support documentation including standard operating procedures and runbooks
Manage escalations and resolve complex incidents within the SAP VIM stream
Provide shadowing and reverse shadowing support during the transition phase
Ensure a smooth, zero-downtime transition of SAP VIM from the incumbent team
Support ongoing maintenance and continuous improvement of SAP VIM processes aligned with business goals
Innovate SAP VIM operations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address issues and implement solutions
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SAP VIM updates and industry best practices
Communicate progress and challenges effectively to stakeholders
Train and mentor junior team members as necessary

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience with SAP Vendor Invoice Management (VIM)
Proven leadership skills in managing SAP transition projects
Background in supporting and improving SAP logistics and supply chain management processes
Expertise in business process configurations and custom code analysis within SAP VIM
Strong problem-solving ability for handling complex incident resolutions
Excellent documentation skills for creating and updating SOPs and runbooks
Fluent English language proficiency, both written and spoken
