Develop and implement a comprehensive Data Governance framework aligned with company goals
Establish governance policies, standards, and procedures to maintain consistent data quality, security, and handling across departments
Ensure data privacy and compliance with regulatory standards
Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve challenges in Data Management, including quality, usage, and accessibility
Oversee Data Lake governance, ensuring effective data ingestion, storage, transformation, and analysis
Work with departments to address business knowledge gaps and optimize data usage
Integrate diverse data sources, including SAP, time series, transactional data, and SCADA systems
Provide governance oversight for the use of machine learning models in predictive insights and forecasting
Partner with project managers, business analysts, and delivery managers to align business and data goals
Lead workshops and consultations to identify departmental data needs and deliver tailored governance solutions
Embed data governance protocols into tools like Power BI and Databricks for visualization, analysis, and reporting

Requirements

Experience in Business Analytics Consulting with 3+ years in a similar role
Expertise in Data Governance and Data Management principles
Proficiency in Data Lakes, Power BI, and Databricks
Understanding of regulatory standards such as GDPR and HIPAA
Capability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders effectively
Fluent English communication skills at a B2+ level
