Prepare comprehensive installation documentation in Excel for external service providers
Collaborate with product service managers across network, server, storage, database, and hardware domains to gather necessary information
Communicate clearly in English with external service providers to deliver and clarify documentation details
Reserve network configuration parameters in multiple systems ensuring accuracy
Leverage Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams to enhance operational workflows and team communication
Support the transition project by coordinating with technical leads and external teams
Maintain reliable contacts with stakeholders to facilitate smooth migration activities
Assist in consulting and resolving issues related to installation and configuration
Ensure documentation meets client and project requirements
Monitor project progress and update documentation accordingly

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in IT service management
Strong background in IT operations management and infrastructure support
Proficiency in virtualization technologies, including Nutanix AHV and VMware ESXi
Competency in preparing technical documentation and coordinating with diverse technical teams
Expertise in the Microsoft Office suite with advanced skills in Excel and Word
Fluency in English with the ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
Knowledge of enterprise data center hardware, including NetApp storage, HP x86 servers, and network architectures
Strong written and verbal English communication skills (B2+)
