Responsibilities
- Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP HCM modules
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications
- Oversee automation initiatives like auto-generation of work schedules, rotation plans, payroll simulation, and reconciliation
- Ensure integration between SAP HCM and third-party systems
- Manage workshops, configuration cycles, testing, and implementation phases
- Facilitate AI and RPA solutions for processes such as workflow actor validation, letter generation, and compliance monitoring
- Drive data integrity across SAP HCM and integrated platforms
- Support the deployment of SAP Fiori apps and workforce self-service solutions
- Work closely with HR, IT, and business teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals
Requirements
- 7+ years of working experience in SAP HCM, including expertise in Time Management, Payroll, and Personnel Administration
- Knowledge of SAP HCM integration with third-party systems, AI-driven onboarding, and document management
- Proven background in automation projects involving RPA, AI, or OCR/ML technologies
- Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Fiori apps
- Capability to collaborate cross-functionally across HR, IT, and digital teams to meet transformation objectives
- Certification in SAP HCM
- Upper-intermediate proficiency in English (B2+)
