Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP HCM modules
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications
Oversee automation initiatives like auto-generation of work schedules, rotation plans, payroll simulation, and reconciliation
Ensure integration between SAP HCM and third-party systems
Manage workshops, configuration cycles, testing, and implementation phases
Facilitate AI and RPA solutions for processes such as workflow actor validation, letter generation, and compliance monitoring
Drive data integrity across SAP HCM and integrated platforms
Support the deployment of SAP Fiori apps and workforce self-service solutions
Work closely with HR, IT, and business teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals

Requirements

7+ years of working experience in SAP HCM, including expertise in Time Management, Payroll, and Personnel Administration
Knowledge of SAP HCM integration with third-party systems, AI-driven onboarding, and document management
Proven background in automation projects involving RPA, AI, or OCR/ML technologies
Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Fiori apps
Capability to collaborate cross-functionally across HR, IT, and digital teams to meet transformation objectives
Certification in SAP HCM
Upper-intermediate proficiency in English (B2+)
