Lead the development team in implementation of agentic platform and AI-driven solutions
Collaborate with the Solution Architect to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business goals
Ensure the integration of AI solutions with existing systems and platforms
Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to other developers in the team
Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality code and adherence to best practices
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring the stability and performance of the platform
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI technologies and incorporate them into the development process
Participate in project planning, estimation, and risk management activities
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to present solutions and gather feedback

Requirements

Proven experience as a Senior Developer or Developer Lead, particularly in AI technologies
Strong proficiency in Python and related libraries
Hands-on experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) models and Langchain
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Demonstrated ability to efficiently lead a team and work in conditions of constantly changing priorities
Experience in developing and maintaining scalable AI solutions
Strong desire to develop and grow in the AI area
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Passion for staying updated on the latest trends and advancements in AI technologies
