Responsibilities
- Design large-scale solutions using diverse technology stacks
- Create solution architecture documents with deep technical details
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify solution requirements and key scenarios
- Conduct solution architecture reviews and prepare audit reports
- Lead solution implementation from project requirements to "go-live"
- Oversee development efforts and provide technical support as needed
- Participate in pre-sale activities, including RFP processing and proposal development
- Present proposed solution architectures to customers
- Engage in direct communication with customers during design and implementation phases
- Participate in workshops and meetings with customer representatives
- Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in hands-on development of diverse solutions
- Experience in team leadership and direct customer communication
- Strong expertise in full lifecycle software development processes (SCRUM, Waterfall, etc.)
- Deep expertise in solution architecture, including relational and non-relational data storage, front-end and back-end architecture, and cross-cutting concerns like security and monitoring
- Strong understanding of mission-critical, scalable, and high-performance application architecture design
- Expertise in Azure migration and Microsoft Azure
- Knowledge of architectural styles, enterprise architecture patterns, integration patterns, and development patterns
- Proficiency in creating architecture artifacts and deliverables
- Experience with solution architecture design approaches and practices
- Understanding of performance issues and systematic approaches to address them
- Proactive leadership in architecture engagement
- Experience in customer site assignments
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to manage customer concerns and read context
- Fluent English
