Embed AI capabilities into existing DevSecOps pipelines to enhance automation, security, and developer productivity
Enable product teams to adopt standardized CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and secure development workflows
Help teams implement automation strategies that reduce manual tasks and improve operational efficiency, especially through AI and ML
Partner with engineering teams to adopt mature DevSecOps practices and AI-enabled tooling through hands-on support, training, and mentoring
Work with platform, security, and operations teams to ensure cohesive implementation of DevSecOps strategies that align with enterprise goals

Requirements

Proven success in implementing CI/CD workflows and DevSecOps tooling in complex enterprise environments with GitHub and Azure (3+ years of experience)
Interest in or experience with applying AI/ML technologies to enhance software delivery, security, and operations
Hands-on experience working with containerized applications (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, or AKS) and public cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
Experience in using Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools to implement infrastructure automation
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell for workflow automation and integration tasks
Strong communication and coaching skills to guide engineering teams through the implementation and adoption of next-generation DevSecOps best practices
Strong verbal and written skills in English, at least at a B2 level
Residence in Ukraine (remote work is eligible only for candidates based in Ukraine)
