Manage a development team of 5 engineers
Serve as the primary client-facing lead for Marketing Cloud development updates
Participate in hands-on development of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions
Align with the Business Analyst Lead on user story refinements and the Test Lead on test-related topics
Drive platform technical maturity, including DevOps practices, CI/CD processes, and RCA for production issues
Contribute to innovation projects such as onboarding new countries onto Salesforce Marketing Cloud and implementing new platform features
Support sprint planning and quarterly SAFe program increment planning activities

Requirements

5+ years of work experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
1+ years of experience in a technical leadership or team lead role within a development team
Strong hands-on experience with AMPscript
Practical experience with Integration Frameworks and Integration Platforms
Experience working with Salesforce Data Cloud
Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud
Strong understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines in Salesforce environments
Proven ability to conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for production issues and implement incremental improvements
Experience with user story refinement, backlog grooming, and coordination with testing teams
Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills
Experience with Agile methodologies, ideally in a SAFe framework environment
English level B2+
