Promote and implement Agile methodologies within the team and projects
Take ownership of hiring/staffing processes in Unit to build strong development teams
Develop and implement training programs to upskill team members
Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth

Requirements

8+ years of hands-on software development experience with Python
3+ years of experience in leadership positions
Proven ability to manage and grow engineering teams
Strong communication skills and experience working with global teams
Solid track record in implementing enterprise-wide custom applications
Strong knowledge of project management principles
Experience with Agile methodologies and frameworks
Hands-on experience in how LLMs work & Generative AI (LLM) techniques particularly prompt engineering, RAG, and agents
Experience in programming skills in Python, Langchain and SQL would be a plus
Understanding of Cloud services, including Azure, GCP, or AWS
Familiarity with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) strategies
Knowledge of financial aspects of account/project management such as P&L, revenue, and margin
Strong people management and organizational skills
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management capabilities
