Manage and deploy applications on Kubernetes to deliver optimal performance, stability, and scalability
Monitor production systems to proactively address issues and eliminate bottlenecks
Design Kubernetes operators to streamline platform functionality through automation
Utilize Crossplane to manage and provision infrastructure-as-code workflows
Build CI/CD pipelines to enable seamless and automated delivery processes
Develop RESTful APIs and provide comprehensive documentation using OpenAPI standards
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to align platform features with development objectives
Fulfill on-call support duties (12/7 rotation every 4–5 weeks) to ensure service continuity
Drive platform enhancements focused on automation, reliability, and observability

Requirements

Residence in Ukraine, with remote work available exclusively to candidates within the country
5+ years of experience in software development
Proven experience working with Kubernetes in deploying and maintaining applications
Availability for on-call rotations (12/7, every 4–5 weeks)
Strong collaboration and communication abilities
Proactive and flexible approach for solving problems in evolving environments
English proficiency at B2 level or higher to support effective coordination with global teams
