Design and architect scalable web applications using PHP and MongoDB
Develop and implement critical modules and oversee code reviews from middle-level developers
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into applications
Conduct detailed code reviews to ensure technical excellence and maintain coding standards
Mentor and guide developers while fostering a team culture of innovation and continuous learning
Oversee the deployment process and manage CI/CD pipelines
Coordinate with product owners and stakeholders to align software solutions with business goals
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the platform
Implement RESTful APIs and ensure seamless integration with front-end applications
Utilize Python and AWS for secondary or supplementary tasks when necessary

Requirements

5+ years of hands-on experience in PHP
At least 1 year of relevant leadership experience
Extensive experience with MongoDB
Proficiency in React, with an understanding of RESTful APIs and front-end integration
Background in AI/ML integration, demonstrating innovative solutions
Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS and CI/CD pipelines
Strong problem-solving skills and experience in code reviews
Showcase of leadership abilities within agile teams and mentoring developers
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (B2+ level)
Working Time: Start time is between 7-8 AM local time
