Provide good working knowledge of Dynamics 365 and evaluate business processes against standard Dynamics 365 functionality and the wider components of the Power Platform
Customise Dynamics 365 (creating tables, columns, forms, apps, etc.)
Build automated processes using Power Automate
Interpret business requirements and translate them into solutions driven by Dynamics 365 CRM by understanding the needs of the business and mapping these as business processes
Ensure that simple, supportable and upgradable solutions are developed and deployed
Be responsible for documenting clear and concise business requirements which outline what a Dynamics 365 CRM solution will look like within Azure DevOps

Requirements

3+ years’ experience in software development
Expertise in MS Dynamics 365
Ability to use JavaScript and potentially plug-ins
Background in Agile methodologies and project management
Familiarity with Azure DevOps for documenting and tracking system requirements
Good attention to detail and the ability to break down complex challenges into manageable, actionable chunks that can be understood by project teams and customers/end users
Strong interpersonal skills: proficient in stakeholder management, proactive team player
Upper-Intermediate or higher English level, both spoken and written (B2+)
