Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in machine learning and MLOps with a record of successful AI/ML solutions
Demonstrated ability in research and experimentation to improve AI/ML model outcomes
Competency in managing all phases of project lifecycle, from business analysis to product implementation
Expertise in Python for developing reliable and high-quality code; familiarity with version control systems such as Git
Proficiency in databases and SQL including MS SQL and Snowflake
Hands-on experience with AWS cloud platform including SageMaker, Step Functions, Glue, Lambda, SQS, ECS, S3, ECR, CloudWatch, IAM, MWAA
Understanding of containers and orchestration tools such as Docker and CI/CD
Ability to work remotely and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
Background in financial markets
English proficiency at B2 level or above required
