Design and build end-to-end AI applications such as chatbots, Q&A platforms, and agent workflows
Collaborate directly with clients to understand requirements, identify opportunities, and propose LLM-driven solutions
Develop and maintain robust data pipelines, prompt strategies, and datasets to support AI models
Assess and optimize AI system performance ensuring accuracy, security, scalability, and compliance
Conduct research and rapid prototyping to validate AI solution feasibility and demonstrate business value
Stay informed about advancements in LLM technologies, frameworks, and methodologies
Evaluate generative AI outputs using retrieval, classification, and LLM-based metrics
Deploy AI solutions considering performance, cost efficiency, and maintainability
Work with cross-functional teams to implement AI integrations and ensure solution quality

Requirements

Proficiency in Python with experience using web frameworks such as FastAPI or equivalents
Understanding of AI application development lifecycle
Experience with rapid UI prototyping tools like Streamlit, Gradio, or similar
Familiarity with major LLM platforms and APIs including OpenAI, Anthropic, Amazon Bedrock, and Gemini
Knowledge of advanced AI integration techniques such as retrieval-augmented generation and agent frameworks
Experience deploying scalable AI solutions with attention to performance and cost
Proven track record in AI engineering and implementing ML-based applications
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Strong written and verbal English communication skills (B2+)

Nice to have

Experience designing experiments and conducting A/B testing with model iteration
Understanding of retrieval systems including keyword and vector search, embeddings, and ranking algorithms
Familiarity with emerging AI protocols such as MCP, A2A, ACP
Experience deploying AI solutions on cloud platforms like Azure OpenAI, Amazon Bedrock, GCP Vertex AI or on-premise systems
Knowledge of enterprise AI platforms such as AWS AgentCore, Databricks AgentBricks, Google Agents Space, or Azure AI Foundry
