Responsibilities
- Participate in detailed knowledge transfer sessions to learn business processes, configurations, and custom code related to SAP VIM
- Execute hands-on exercises in development and testing environments to consolidate understanding
- Review and update support documentation including standard operating procedures and runbooks
- Manage escalations and resolve complex incidents within the SAP VIM stream
- Provide shadowing and reverse shadowing support during project transition phases
- Support continuous improvement initiatives for SAP VIM processes aligned with business goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transition and maintenance of SAP VIM solutions
Requirements
- Experience with SAP Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) of at least 3 years
- Background in SAP logistics (SCM) modules relevant to invoice management
- Proven ability to participate in and absorb extensive knowledge transfer sessions
- Skills in handling support documentation and process improvement
- Competency in incident management and escalation resolution
- English language proficiency at upper-intermediate level or higher
- Capability to work in a global project environment with cross-team collaboration
