Manage and configure Jira Cloud environments to meet organizational needs
Develop, test, and implement automation rules within Jira Cloud to streamline workflows and processes
Set up and maintain various Jira projects, schemes, workflows, permissions, and notifications
Review and improve existing workflows, permission schemes, and automation
Document existing and newly created Jira processes
Create users, assign permissions, and manage projects daily
Troubleshoot and resolve Jira Cloud issues promptly
Support and maintain Python scripts using Atlassian Python APIs
Control changes in permission schemes, screens, workflows using automation and scripting
Create automation for project, scheme, and workflow creation and modification
Provide ongoing support to Jira Cloud users addressing issues and questions
Monitor and update Jira Cloud environments to ensure optimal performance and reliability
Assist with further development of existing Python scripts

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience with Atlassian Platform Administration
Proven expertise in Jira Service Management and Jira Cloud administration
Experience developing and maintaining Jira plugins and automation rules
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Groovy and Python for automation and integration
Experience supporting application environments and troubleshooting technical issues
Strong documentation and process improvement skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent communication skills with English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level
