Design and optimize scalable data processing systems and pipelines for efficient data transformation

Interpret complex data challenges using critical thinking and propose innovative solutions
Keep up with evolving trends and technologies in data analysis and identify areas for improvement

Requirements

Expertise in programming languages such as Python for data manipulation
Proficiency in SQL for extracting and manipulating data from databases
Background in roles like Data Analyst-Engineer, with a portfolio showcasing relevant projects
Familiarity with cloud technologies, particularly AWS services like S3, Glue, EMR, and Athena
Experience working with data formats like CSV, Excel, JSON, and XML across diverse sources such as databases and FTP servers
Understanding of Airflow and Snowflake
Strong communication and presentation skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Ability to take initiative and demonstrate a high level of ownership
Competency in analytical and problem-solving tasks with close attention to detail
Flexibility to work independently or collaboratively in fast-paced environments with multiple priorities
Experience in client-facing roles, especially in Finance or Asset Management, is advantageous
