Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of enterprise solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, and Azure
- Architect integrations with Azure and other cloud services, adhering to the company’s architecture
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using agile methodologies to deliver high-quality software solutions
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into solution architecture design documents and technical diagrams
- Provide strategic technical leadership and mentorship to development teams
- Ensure solutions comply with industry standards and best practices, particularly within the Financial Services sector
- Evaluate and recommend third-party systems and solutions to enhance system functionality and user experience
- Contribute to long-term platform strategy, innovation initiatives, and stakeholder engagement
- Be a part of a global EPAM solution architect community, sharing your knowledge and expertise
Requirements
- Extensive experience (4+ years) as a Solution Architect, with a strong delivery record
- Excellent communication and consultancy skills
- Diagramming and software architectures documents experience (SAD, HLL, LLD, C4, BPMN, UML, etc.)
- Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM modules, especially Sales and Customer Service, and Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- Strong proficiency in Azure services, particularly in AI, automation, and integration
- Experience implementing CI/CD practices and DevOps tools at scale
- Advanced understanding of agile methodology and frameworks
- Experience in the Financial Services domain, with knowledge of regulatory and operational requirements
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively with stakeholders and guide teams toward successful solution delivery
- Excellent command of written and spoken English (B2+ level)
