Design complete AI applications including chatbots, Q&A platforms, and agent workflows
Capture client requirements and propose solutions using large language models
Build data pipelines, prompt strategies, and datasets to support AI model training and deployment
Assess AI system performance focusing on accuracy, security, scalability, and compliance
Research AI concepts to validate feasibility and demonstrate value
Stay up to date with large language models, frameworks, and AI methodologies
Evaluate generative AI outputs using relevant metrics and LLM-based evaluation techniques

Requirements

Proficiency in Python programming with experience in web frameworks such as FastAPI or similar
Background in AI application development lifecycle
Skills in rapid UI prototyping tools like Streamlit or Gradio
Familiarity with major large language model platforms and APIs including OpenAI, Anthropic, Amazon Bedrock, and Gemini
Understanding of advanced AI integration patterns such as retrieval-augmented generation and use of agents
Experience deploying AI solutions at scale considering performance, cost, and maintainability
Capability to evaluate generative AI quality using retrieval, classification, and LLM-based metrics
Expertise in AI engineering and delivering machine learning-based solutions
Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
English proficiency suitable for effective communication with clients and team members

Nice to have

Background in designing experiments and conducting A/B tests to refine AI models based on user feedback
